Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Versionen
Die Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Integration ist auf Grund von technischen Mindestvoraussetzungen ab folgender Version möglich:

Voraussetzung zum Betrieb ist, dass die jeweilige Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Version sich noch im regulären Support befindet. Der erweiterte Support (extended Support) wird ausgeschlossen.
The prerequisite for operation is that the respective Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central version is still in regular support. The extended support is excluded.

Microsoft
Bei OnPrem Installationen muss der Dynamics Business Central Kunden Lizenz die DEXPRO Module hinzugefügt werden. Dies kann nur durch einen registrierten Partner der DEXPRO Solutions GmbH durchgeführt werden. Dieser muss bei Microsoft als offizieller Reseller hinterlegt werden.
Dies entfällt bei Downloads aus dem Microsoft AppSource.
For OnPrem installations, the DEXPRO modules must be added to the Dynamics Business Central customer license. This can only be done by a registered partner of DEXPRO Solutions GmbH. This partner must be registered with Microsoft as an official reseller.
This does not apply to downloads from the Microsoft AppSource.
Bezug der DEXPRO Module / Obtaining the DEXPRO modules
OnPrem
Für OnPrem Installationen wird auf Anfrage eines registrierten Resellers / Partners ein Runtime Package mit den benötigten Apps in der BC Version des Kunden zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese werden durch den Partner der Kundenlizenz hinzugefügt und im Anschluss in das Microsoft Dynamics Business Central eingespielt. Hierbei ist zu beachten, dass die DEXPRO Core App die Grundlage für alle DEXPRO Apps bildet und zuerst installiert werden muss.
For OnPrem installations, a runtime package with the required apps is provided in the customer's BC version at the request of a registered reseller/partner. These are added to the customer license by the partner and then imported into Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Please note that the DEXPRO Core App forms the basis for all DEXPRO Apps and must be installed first.
Um als Reseller/Partner registriert zu werden muss ein Partner-Rahmenvertrag mit der DEXPRO Solutions GmbH abgeschlossen werden.
In order to be registered as a reseller/partner, a partner framework agreement must be concluded with DEXPRO Solutions GmbH.
Cloud
Für Cloud Installationen benötigt man lediglich Zugriff auf den Microsoft AppSource. Hier werden die benötigten DEXPRO Apps heruntergeladen. Zu beachten ist, dass die DEXPRO Core App automatisch installiert wird, sobald eine andere DEXPRO App installiert wird.
For cloud installations, you only need access to the Microsoft AppSource. The required DEXPRO apps are downloaded here. Please note that the DEXPRO Core app is automatically installed as soon as another DEXPRO app is installed.

DEXPRO Core
Der DEXPRO Core verwaltet die einzelnen DEXPRO Apps und deren Dokumente pro Mandant. Es werden alle Belege, welche über die unterschiedlichen DEXPRO Module in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central eingelaufen und verarbeitet worden sind, angezeigt. Zur Nachverfolgung von einzelnen Belegen wird auf eine globale Nummernserie, welche über alle DEXPRO Apps genutzt wird, gesetzt. Dies bietet den Vorteil, dass die Anwender mit nur einer Nummernserie pro Beleg arbeiten. The DEXPRO Core manages the individual DEXPRO apps and their documents per client. All documents that have been entered and processed via the various DEXPRO modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are displayed. A global number series, which is used across all DEXPRO apps, is used to complete individual documents. This offers the advantage that users only have to work with one number series per document.
Core Einrichtung / Setup
In der Core Einrichtung werden die einzelnen DEXPRO Apps pro Mandant verwaltet. Eine globale Nummernserie über alle DEXPRO Apps bietet den Vorteil, dass die Anwender mit nur einer Nummernserie pro Beleg arbeiten. Diese Belegnummern bleiben auch bei der Übergabe an andere DEXPRO Apps vorhanden.
The individual DEXPRO apps are managed per client in the core setup. A global number series across all DEXPRO apps offers the advantage that users only work with one number series per document. These document numbers also remain available when transferred to other DEXPRO apps.
Protokolle der verarbeiteten Daten / Logging of processed data
Administratoren haben die Möglichkeit die Protokollierung zu aktivieren.
Administrators have the option to activate a logging of document creation.

Unter der Schaltfläche "Protokolle der Dokumentenerstellung" können diese dann eingesehen werden.

JSON Vergleich / Compare JSON
Unter "JSON vergleichen" werden die Quelldaten und die angelegten Daten im JSON Format angezeigt und können manuell verglichen werden.
Under “Compare JSON”, the source data and the created data are displayed in JSON format and can be compared manually.

Pro Beleg wird neben der globalen Belegnummer und der Dokumentenklasse auch der aktuelle Status und eine Verknüpfung zum aktuellen Datensatz mit angezeigt. Hierdurch lassen sich alle Belege und deren Zustände schnell auswerten.
In addition to the global document number and the document class, the current status and a link to the current data record are also displayed for each document. This allows all documents and their statuses to be evaluated quickly.
Dokumentenklassen Einrichtung / Documentclass Setup
In der Dokumentenklassen Einrichtung wird die Zuordnung zwischen der jeweiligen Dokumentenklasse und Ihrer Exportschnittstelle vorgenommen. Des Weitern wird hier die Feldzuordnung jeder Dokumentenklasse heruntergeladen und so ein Set an Standard Feldern und deren Verwendung in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central hergestellt.
In the document class setup, the assignment between the respective document class and your export interface is made. Furthermore, the field mapping of each document class is downloaded here, creating a set of standard fields and their use in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Bestellabgleich / Order Match
Der Bestellabgleich dient zur automatisierten Überprüfung der ausgelesenen Positionen mit denen der noch offenen Bestellungen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In diesem FastTab werden die zulässigen Betrags- & Mengentoleranzen für den Abgleich eingerichtet. Zusätzlich kann festgelegt werden, ob der Abgleich gegen Bestellungen oder Lieferungen statt finden soll. Wenn "Daten ersetzen" aktiv ist, werden die Beträge und Beschreibungen der Positionen mit denen der Bestellung/Lieferung nach dem Abgleich ersetzt.
The purchase order reconciliation is used for the automated check of the read out positions with those of the still open purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. In this Fasttab, the permissible amount & quantity tolerances for the matching are set up. Additionally, it can be defined whether the matching should take place on purchase orders or deliveries. If "Replace data" is active, the amounts and descriptions of the items will be replaced with those of the order/delivery after matching.

DEXPRO Breeze Interface
Die Breeze Interface App stellt eine schlüsselfertige Schnittstelle für die Abholung von Stammdaten und Buchung von Einkaufsbelegen für DEXPRO Breeze Solutions und andere externe Workflow- bzw. ECM-Systeme bereit. Mithilfe der Interface App können XML- (JSON) basierte Daten empfangen und direkt in Dynamics 365 Business Central als Standard-Eingangsbeleg verarbeitet bzw. als Buchungssatz bereitgestellt werden. The Breeze Interface App provides a turnkey interface for retrieving master data and posting purchasing documents for DEXPRO Breeze Solutions and other external workflow or ECM systems. Using the Interface App, XML (JSON) based data can be received and processed directly in Dynamics 365 Business Central as a standard incoming document or provided as a posting record.
